| Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: | ||||
| 1. The selected individual must be highly organized and have the ability to lead both financially and technically complex projects. 2. Ability to work with subject matter experts as well as stakeholders in order to both document and validate business requirements as needed. 3. Extensive technical knowledge in a highly specialized area of applications systems analysis including technical financial analysis. 4. Ability to consult with senior level decision-makers, on an on-going basis, to develop long-range and or short-range strategic alternatives. 5. Ability to solve problems of high complexity and serve as a key resource to others. 6. State/federal government experience Preferred: Experience in NC State Government environment. |
